Delivery Time & Cost
Delivery is free for all domestic and international orders. 
 
Domestic: All orders will be sent by DHL and will require a signature on receipt. Delivery is 1-2 working days.
 
International: Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order.
Please note that non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes if any. Please contact your local customs office in regards to potential customs fees. 
All orders will be sent by DHL and will require a signature on receipt. Due to the nature and organic make up of the items all international orders are final and no returns or exchanges can be accepted at this time. 
 
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide a full refund*. Please return your item/s in unworn, saleable condition in their original packaging with all tags, cards, boxes or cases and invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

Any items recieved after the 14 day period or deemed by us to have been used will not be refunded and will be returned to the purchaser.

*We will issue a full refund to the paypal account or card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please note the safe return of goods is your responsibility until they are recieved by us. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service and retain a proof of delivery for your records. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comly with this oblighation your entitlement to a refund may be affected. 
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
 
Delivery Packaging 
Your order will be delivered to you in an unmarked protective box containing your order and signature Mary Le Bone packaging. You also have the option of adding a personalised gift message at the checkout.
 
Signing For Delivery
We require proof of delivery for all orders. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time. We will send you an email confirming the dispatch of your order. We will not authorise a parcel be delivered without a signature. 
 
Additional Duties & Taxes
Our product prices are in UK GBP, and include VAT. 
If your destination is outside the EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required for customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order.
 
Split Shipments & Adding Items to Existing Orders
At this time you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address. 
If you would like additional items to arrive in the same delivery as an existing order, you would need to cancel your existing order then re-place the order with the additional items included.
 
Currency
Our site operates in UK currency and all prices are shown in UK GBP. 
 
Prices & Payment
All prices within maryleboneoflondon.com are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% but exclusive of delivery costs. Please see Delivery Time & Cost for delivery costs and delivery dates.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU then the total price will include VAT at the current rate.

Cancelling An Order
If you wish to cancel an order placed at maryleboneoflondon.com please return the confirmation email you received to us within 24 hours, stating your wish to cancel the order  (email: concierge@maryleboneoflondon.com)
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched, and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
